MilSim Manager - Personnel Management Redefined
MilSim Manager is an all-in-one, heavily automated organizational management tool that greatly reduces workload, enhances visibility and streamlines processes. No more head scratching, repetitive data entry or losing things.

Can you relate to any of these?
- Stale rosters.
- Recruits or members slipping through the cracks.
- Manually updating a spreadsheet and wondering where PVT John went.
- Manually entering attendance, then losing track three weeks in.
I think everyone can. Even the most organized groups, with dedicated support staff and refined processes, will miss data entry or let information slip through the cracks. One of the realities of milsim that people learn early is that it is not just about the game. Organization in game requires organization out of the game.
I would put good money on a statistical guess: 99% of milsim units run primarily through Discord. It is the visible surface for most members, the place where the action happens when the action is not happening in game. Of that 99%, most units use an outside application to track their members, their attendance, their qualifications and their awards. Then they bring in bots to manage events, post reminders and handle everything else.
What if those services were one service?

This is what MilsimManager does
MilsimManager builds a bridge between a full web command center and your Discord. Discord roles become the bedrock of your roster. Ranks are picked up automatically. Your staff makes a roster move, changing someone's role from 2nd Squad to 3rd Squad, and the roster reconciles itself.
This system was born out of necessity and grounded in over a decade of running large organizations. Every feature is something I have said "I wish this were easier" about at least once.

The core features
Discord and web, linked
This is the spine. The bot reads your people and your roles and, using the parameters you set, slots them into a roster. Keep the Discord current and the roster is current. There is no second system to remember to update.
Bot replacement
Running four or more bots? Paying for premium tiers on half of them? MilsimManager ships the whole suite.
Entry and leave log. Extra fields showing how many times someone has come and gone, and where they sat the last time. When xxTurbo QuickScope420xx rejoins a year later, the log shows that they left as a Specialist.
Scheduling suite. Events and scheduling, bridged with the web command center. Set up custom recurring events with your emoji and your colors, in whatever format you want. Everything reconciles with the master schedule.
Embeds. Build and post Discord embeds from the web command center, with validation against Discord's limits before anything is sent.
Forms and applications. Customizable to any parameter, wired into the onboarding system.
Roster and personnel
Customizable roster. Display your roster however you need to, whatever kind of unit you run. Colors and imagery stay coordinated across every system.

Personnel cards. Click a name and get the full record: date of entry, date of rank, qualifications and schools, attendance and more. Permissions decide who sees what, so the same card serves both staff and the member it belongs to.
Org chart. Assemble a visual ORBAT and display it.

Schedule and attendance
Schedule. Build a long-range schedule in a medium people actually look at. Create recurring events, name them, set a type (operation, training, meeting) and decide if, when and how a Discord event is created for each one. Decide whether attendance is tracked and it appears on its own. Group events into a named campaign and hand out the campaign award automatically on completion.

Attendance. Tracked events populate straight into the personnel cards. Manual entry is quick when you want it, or use the game link (ArmA Reforger at present) and let it happen without anyone typing.

Analytics
Analytics run through every surface, and action items sit where you can reach them. Look at attendance per element over time, or across the whole unit. See which months were your best. Recruiting staff can see which platforms are actually working. Training staff can see which phase of entry recruits stall at. None of it ages out or gets overwritten, so year three can be compared with year one.

Recruitment pipeline
However you run intake, the pipeline follows it. Build your own ordered steps, watch every prospect move through them, and see at a glance who has been sitting at the same step too long.

Additional features
Game bridge. ArmA Reforger today, with ArmA 3 planned. This extends the bridge from Discord and web out to the game itself, giving each player one identity across all three. That is what makes attendance on scheduled events automatic.
Full control. Every system was built around one idea: milsim is a sandbox and no two units are alike. Set the whole suite up the way you want it. The customization is yours, not ours.
SOPs. Put your SOPs in one organized place, alongside everything else.
Public and member-facing surfaces. This is not a leaders-only tool. Every surface carries its own permissions. Publish your SOPs, equipment guidelines and qualification worksheets, and let members see all of it next to their own record.

Themes and branding. Set the color scheme, upload banners and icons. Make the panel yours.
Tools. An interactive multi-user GRG builder for graphics, and a Reforger modset builder with a shared mod pool, per-server load orders and saved presets.
Data import and export. Bring your history with you. Upload a spreadsheet and the importer reads the layout for you, however your unit chose to format it, including multi-tab workbooks. Nothing is left behind.
Everything can be exported to CSV at any time. If you close your account your data is kept for 30 days, and you can reach it during that window.
Audit trail. Every change, from the web or from Discord, with who made it and when.
